For Sale: 1965 Porsche 356C Vintage Race Car.

Vin: 131925

This very fast and competitive race car started life as a typical street car. In the early eighties Mr Jack Atkinson, the Head of Competition of Brumos Porsche built this car at Brumos for the himself to race in the new Vintage Racing series. Mr Atkinson only raced the car a few times and then had Mr Bob Snodgrass the owner of Brumos Porsche race this car and actually won the very first Vintage Car Race for its class that was held in the United States.
Mr Snodgrass vintage raced this Porsche for the next couple of years and then Brian Redman, who worked at Brumos at the time, sold the car in January 1985 to the current owner, John Winter.

This Porsche 356 has been wearing the same paint scheme of red and gold with the Brumos logos since the vehicle was turned into a vintage race car. John has been taking very meticulous care of this Porsche 356 since the beginning. Mark Eskuche at Ecurie has been maintaining this classic race car since the race season of 1992.

Mr Winter has Log Books from HSR, VSCDA, SVRA, PCA & Rocky Mountain Vintage. John himself has raced the Porsche 356 at Road America, Daytona, Sebring, Mid Ohio, Laguna Seca, Infineon, Steamboat, VIR, Barber & Black Hawk Farms just to list a few tracks.
